I am a Computer Science graduate from BRAC University with a specialized thesis on Kubernetes Performance Analysis across diverse architectures. My journey in the tech world started as a WordPress Developer at The ICT Hub, where I spearheaded projects ranging from portfolio designs to e-commerce sites, and also managed the technical intricacies of website migrations.

My role transitioned into system administration at Professional Associates Ltd., where I’ve been pivotal in streamlining IT support for an expansive team of nearly 100 professionals. My contributions span designing network infrastructures, supervising a myriad of server and cloud resources, and implementing automation strategies via bash scripting. My expertise encompasses a vast array of systems and services, from Active Directory and Email management to overseeing FTP, SMB, WebDAV, and NFS.

More recently, I’ve embraced the role of a DevOps at Reavlab, managing both development and production application environments. My responsibilities extend to creating APIs using Express JS and Mongo DB and continuing my passion for automation.

On the technical front, my proficiency is diverse. I’m well-versed in programming languages like Java, Python, and JavaScript and have an in-depth understanding of databases such as Mongo DB and MySQL. A Linux enthusiast at heart, I’m also proficient in Windows environments, including Windows Server and FreeBSD. My experience stretches across various hypervisors like KVM, VMware ESXi, and Hyper-V, and I’m adept at managing storage systems including TrueNAS, Synology, and NFS. My DevOps arsenal boasts tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Nginx, Apache, and Ansible, complemented by a robust knowledge of networking and CI/CD processes. On a personal note, I’m a native Bengali speaker and am fluent in English.
